
The latest version of the popular Apple iMac desktop PC was just released today and uses Intel Core 2 Duo processors up to 3.06 Ghz, up to 8 GB of RAM and either 20″ or 24″ LCD displays. The new iMac desktop will support up to 1 TB of storage space and will feature integrated AirPort Extreme WiFi n, Bluetooth 2.1 EDR and Mini Display Port. It also has Gigabit Ethernet, one FireWire 800 port, four USB 2.0 ports, a combined optical digital audio input/line-in and a combined optical digital audio output/headphone socket. The version equipped with a 20″ display will support a maximum resolution of 1680 x 1050 while the 24″ Apple iMAC can work at 1920 x 1200. The new desktop PC from Apple has powerful graphic cards like the new NVIDIA GeForce GT 130 with 512MB or the ATI Radeon HD 4850 that also comes with 512MB.
